Rights on the provider pages
The provider pages of www.drupama.de are protected by copyright. The sole rights of use are with the company Drupama (hereinafter referred to as the provider). Any reproduction, distribution and exhibition of texts and images (pictorial or cinematic) is prohibited.
Additional service
If the user makes use of the provider’s own and/or third-party fee-based additional services on and/or via the provider pages, a contract is concluded directly between the user and the provider of the additional service (see imprint there). In this respect, the provider only provides the technical access (forwarding, link) to the provider of the additional service.
Connection establishment
The user himself or his Internet provider is responsible for the technical connection to the provider pages. The telephone and Internet fees incurred for the connection setup are borne by the user himself. These costs are known to the user depending on his Internet provider.
User obligations
The user undertakes not to misuse this service, in particular not to violate the rights of third parties, e.g. personal rights, nor to transmit any information with illegal or immoral content which incites racial hatred within the meaning of § 131 StGB, glorifies or trivialises violence or is pornographic within the meaning of § 184 StGB (illegal pornography), glorifies war or is likely to seriously endanger children or young people morally or impair their well-being.
Liability in general
The provider is not liable for technical malfunctions that are not within his area of responsibility, nor for damages caused by force majeure. The same applies to any damages resulting from the faulty further processing of the retrieved information by the user or its misuse. Otherwise, the provider is only liable for intent, gross negligence and slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, in the latter case limited to the foreseeable damage. This does not apply to injuries to life, body and health. No liability is assumed for errors in the text or incorrect links. The respective operators are responsible for the contents of the offers found. We expressly distance ourselves from illegal and/or immoral content.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the contents of the linked sites. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not identifiable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
